I offer one-on-one computer training, tutoring clients on-site in their homes or businesses or through online web-based sessions.  My focus is on helping clients build their own skills on a variety of applications for Mac and PC computers.

I provide a personalized training environment for clients and can help them with many popular applications, including the full Microsoft Office software suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, and OneNote.

©2015 ourcomputertutor.org — William Carlisle has more than 20 years of experience with accounting and finance.  Let him help you get set up with your small business bookkeeping or provide guidance and support to assist you with your day-to-day operations.  He can train you on-site at your location or through online training at your convenience.

Personal Clients can take advantage of on-site training sessions for $50 per hour with a two-hour minimum.  As part of my commitment to create a comfortable learning environment for all my clients, I don’t charge extra if a session runs a little long — I consider that a part of giving great customer service!

Personal Clients may also choose to take advantage of online, Internet-based distance training solutions at $25 per hour, with a two-hour minimum.

For Business Clients I offer on-site training sessions at $75 per hour with the same two-hour minimum.  In addition, Business Clients may request a quote for special pricing for multi-person, hands-on training sessions and seminars.

Established Business Clients may also choose to take advantage of online, Internet-based distance training solutions at $50 per hour, with a two-hour minimum.

Using the popular PayPal™ service, clients can pre-purchase computer training sessions through a secure online server.

As an additional courtesy, established clients also have the option of invoice billing.

pricing options

For Mac users, I offer training on Apple’s productivity software including Pages, Numbers, and Keynote — and Apple’s suite of creative applications, including:  iPhoto, iMovie, GarageBand, and iTunes.  I can also provide professional training and guidance for FileMaker, Daylite, and other business-related software applications.

In addition, I offer training for clients on iPhone and iPad integration with existing systems — pulling it all together.

With years of accounting and finance experience, I am able to assist small businesses set up their bookkeeping systems and give guidance and support to help businesses utilize their existing applications and systems.
